Team Contribution Discussion

Hi! Team 12 here!

This blog is regarding our latest meetings where we have had to discuss the contribution of team members. Everyone has agreed that all our deliverables and the game itself have been of a very high standard. Some members felt that allocation of work had been unfair, meaning that some members of the team had been doing too much work and others not doing enough.

There was no blaming each other or arguments within the team and instead we worked together to spread out the workload more evenly. We continued with our normal weekly meetings but ensured that each member of the team knew their specific tasks for that week before we stopped the meeting. We maintained an open dialogue within the group in the hopes that if anyone had concerns they could easily raise them to all members.

This issue within our group was one that needed to be sorted but now that it has we can start to work together as a great team again!
